Refund and Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay
Riggle is built so you rarely need this page. Uploading a model, marking its face, rebuilding it and watching the preview video of every expression are all free. You spend 10 tokens only when you download the finished avatar, and only once per model — re-downloads, re-marks and rebuilds of a model you already paid for are free forever.
If the preview does not look right, re-mark it and run it again. That is the intended remedy, and it costs nothing.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your purchase receipt from Dodo Payments, or by asking us through the contact form. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep your plan and its token refills until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month or year.
Refunds
Payments are taken by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Dodo and returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. Ask us and we will arrange it, or ask Dodo directly.
- Within 14 days, tokens unused. If you bought a plan or a token pack within the last 14 days and have not spent any tokens from that purchase, we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Tokens already spent. Tokens spent on downloads are not refundable — the avatar has been generated and delivered, and you saw the preview before spending them. If the download failed or the file was unusable through a fault on our side, tell us and we will refund the tokens to your account or the payment, whichever you prefer.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
- Renewals. If a subscription renewed and you had not used the new period's tokens, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
- Service failure. If Riggle is unusable for an extended period during a paid subscription period, contact us and we will refund or extend the period.
Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By spending tokens inside that period you ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part performed. The unused-token refund above is offered regardless. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Expiry
Plan tokens refill each month and do not roll over. Tokens from a one-time pack are valid for the period stated at purchase. Expired tokens are not refundable, but a model you have already paid for stays free to download whether or not you still have tokens.

Send a refund request with the date of the charge, signed in with the account that was charged where you can.
